At noon on Friday Foster, who is four month pregnant, was admitted to St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York City after suffering cramping, which was caused by the stress of the wedding.

At that point, the singer decided to postpone the ceremony.

Usher and Foster became engaged in January after a year of dating.

Foster, who is due to have the couple’s baby this fall, was previously married to Noontime Music cofounder Ryan Glover, with whom she has three children.

Following statement was released by publicist Patti Webster: “It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond, IV and Tameka Foster was canceled. No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected.”

Erika told TMZ that the trouble started earlier this year when she refused to turn her site into a sanitized official site. Later the lawyers wanted her to assign her url usherforever.com to LaFace Records, Usher’s label, stating her url confuses fans.

Jackson says that she is determined to go to court if necessary, just to make her point.

In the meantime Usher´s publicist Simone Smalls parted ways as well as his representative Chris Chambers, who openly disapproved of the letter Usher recently released to fans stating his disfavor of their opinion of his fiancée Tameka Foster.
