Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden, 28, and socialite Nicole Richie, 26, are parents after welcoming their first child, daughter Harlow Winter Kate. The baby girl was born on January 11 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

News of the pregnancy was announced in July and the couple threw a baby shower to launch their children’s foundation in early December.

Richie also opens up about her DUI arrest on the night of Dec. 11 and talks about other young celebs, who are in trouble with the law.

Nicole has to serve four days in jail before the end of September.

In additon to rumors that Nicole Richie is pregnant, now sources are saying the “Simple Life” star is engaged, too.

Nicole was wearing a diamond engagement ring, when she and her boyfriend Joel Madden attended the YSL Pool Party to benefit Center Dance Arts at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Thursday night.

The couple ate everything on their plates and refused to drink any alcohol. Madden keept his arm around Nicole all night.
