The Hills star Heidi Montag, 23 is preparing for legal action over Spencer Pratt’s plans to write a tell-all book about their private life.

Spencer, 27, wants to write down all details about their failed marriage and Heidi`s relationship with her mother in the book.

The pair, who wed in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in 2009, are expected to be officially divorced on Valentine’s day 2011.

Spencer´s revelation threat is another setback for Heidi after her plastic surgeon Dr Frank Ryan was killed this week by accidentally driving off a cliff while sending a text message.
