Singer Marie Osmond, 47, and record producer Brian Blosil split after 20 years of marriage.

The two married in a Mormon ceremony in October 1986, and briefly separated in 2000. They have eight children, some of whom are adopted.

In a joint statement the couple reveals there’s no third party involved and that they plan to continue a amicable relationship for the sake of their children.

Osmond got famous at the age of 13 with the hit song “Paper Roses,” and starred with her brother, Donny Osmond, on television’s “Donny and Marie Show” during the 1970s.

She divorced her first husband Stephen Craig in 1985.

Osmond also owns a successful collectibles doll company, which she regularly promotes on QVC.
