The emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted has been cancelled as Spears is now seeking the help she needs. But this is her last chance, if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, which is supposed to last between 30 and 45 days, Federline will immediately go to court seeking full custody of the children.

Sources say the kids are in the custody of Federline since last week. Britney wanted to see them at his house last night but he didn´t let her in.
